Last week, Saskia attended a three-day training course at IDX81 in Munich on our behalf – organized by Artemide, Ege Carpets, and Gabriel.
As the only external participant, she was able to gain exciting insights and take away new perspectives – thank you very much for the invitation and the trust!
Day 1 & 2 – Understanding architecture
Petra Gust from ash Architekten showed participants how architects think and work – from the various service phases and typical project processes to specific points of contact for sales and planning.
The second day focused on architectural history, well-known designers, and a tour of the Werksviertel district with a focus on modern urban development: How do work, living, nature, and climate protection come together in urban spaces?
Day 3 – Interior design with attitude
On Thursday, Dina Andersen from D’NA continued with an exciting workshop on “Workspace themes in space.” She provided insights into her working methods and projects: How can the needs of a company be truly understood? How can this lead to individual, long-term solutions?
At the end, the participants were given the opportunity to develop their own concept – practical and inspiring.

Conclusion at the summer party
In the evening, Artemide, Ege Carpets, and Gabriel held their summer party at IDX81 – with many guests from the fields of architecture, design, and planning.
It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas, cultivate contacts, and simply get together in a relaxed atmosphere.
Or as Artemide put it:
“It is not only light that shapes spaces – but also the relationships that arise within them.”

Thank you for the invitation and the partnership.
Best regards,
Giulia
