More Than Work – why sport, support, and focus belong together

How are things going at work for you right now?
I often have phases where so much is happening at once that my head is just full.
And that’s when I realized: I need a balance that really works—not just a short distraction.

For me, that’s running.
Exercise clears my head, takes the pressure off, and gives me back my focus.
That also shaped my BMW Marathon – which I ran this year for the WWF because nature is important to me and I wanted to do something meaningful.
The WWF protects forests and habitats, and it feels good to invest time and energy in something that really counts in the long term.

And that’s where Hauser supported me.
They gave me the opportunity to take on this challenge in the first place.

And that’s exactly what I like about us:
We not only support our employees, but also the people around us, projects, and teams that impress us.

Music. Sports. Projects.
This includes events like Music Loves Design, where we invite artists who may not be known yet, but who simply make damn good music.
Or the Syntace CX Team, where Niclas—the nephew of a team member—rides and seems to win everything because he is truly passionate about what he does.

Why the Syntace CX Team appeals to us so much

Niclas competes in cyclocross in the U19 category at a level rarely seen at his age.
The sport is tough, technical, and physically demanding—yet he consistently performs well.

Where professionals fall behind, he rises to the top.
He starts after the professionals and finishes with them.

And that’s exactly what impresses us.

Why we love the Syntace CX Team

I like that in our team, everyone has their own way of managing everyday life.
One person does yoga, another goes horse riding, another makes music, and another needs sport or simply some peace and quiet.
And it works because we allow it to.

For me, it’s all connected.
Sport, balance, focus, team culture – these things influence how we work and how we think about spaces.
