Technology, posture, and honest exchange
What is the Hauser Academy all about? For us, it’s more than just product training. It’s about engaging directly with our partners, trying out new ideas, asking questions – and figuring out together what really works in the modern office.
This time, we visited De’berenn in Unterschleißheim. Their showroom immediately shows what the brand is about: reduced design, clear structure, quality materials. No frills – just smart solutions for modern work environments. Some of the color and material combinations definitely stuck with us.
A. & H. Meyer: Power where it’s needed
We kicked things off with a session by A. & H. Meyer. The focus: power outlet systems for meeting rooms, desks, and other workplace setups – basically, everything related to electrification.
How do you bring power where it’s needed, without disrupting the design? AH-Meyer’s answer: integrated, flexible solutions that work seamlessly and are built to last.
It was a surprisingly insightful session – and a topic that’s often overlooked in everyday planning.
Aeris: Ergonomics that make a difference
Next up: movement. Aeris brought the topic of ergonomic sitting back into focus. Central to the session was the balance between sitting, sit-standing, and standing – and how that rhythm affects motivation, focus, and overall wellbeing.
Our main takeaway: movement improves concentration. And ergonomics? Not just a nice-to-have – but a real tool for healthier, more human work environments.
As a little extra, we got a sneak peek at the new chair being launched at Orgatec 2024. It’s called Linu – and while we won’t spoil the details, let’s just say: it left a very good first impression.
Open discussion & a relaxed wrap-up
To close the day, we had time for questions, feedback and an open round of discussion – including a few great thoughts from Malte and Andreas at De’berenn. What challenges are we currently facing? What do our clients really want? And what does genuine collaboration look like today?
We then took one last stroll through the showroom – and wrapped up the day with a relaxed team lunch. Time to reflect, chat, and spark new ideas.

Thanks to everyone who joined us
A big thank you to our partners who took the time to show us their new products—and to De’beren for letting us use the showroom. The joint lunch at the end was the perfect opportunity to let everything sink in.
It was really fun—and we always look forward to meeting our partners in person.
Best regards,
Giulia
