That\u2019s the spirit that defined the anniversary celebration in Karben. We had the honor of being part of it \u2013 and we look back on a day full of inspiration, emotions, and unforgettable highlights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Day Full of Inspiration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The morning and afternoon were dedicated to exchange and inspiration. K\u00f6nig + Neurath Academy had prepared a program that was as diverse as it was relevant: from artificial intelligence and generational change to sustainability and \u2013 at the heart of it all \u2013 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it wasn\u2019t only about the big topics \u2013 it was the many subtopics and details<\/strong> that made this day so enriching: new perspectives, thought-provoking questions, and concrete approaches to shaping the future of work. This valuable input truly set the tone for the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Between the talks there was room for discussions, networking, and culinary breaks \u2013 an atmosphere that felt inspiring yet warm and familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Business to Gala<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After a day packed with input, the atmosphere changed: business turned into gala, workshops into festively decorated tables. We switched from business attire to evening wear \u2013 ready for a night that would be both emotional and celebratory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
