We have great news! Hauser is proud to be an official practice partner for the dual study programme at the IU International University. This means that we are even more committed to providing young talents with practical training and opening up a promising future for them. IU is Germany’s largest university, state-recognised and system-accredited by FIBAA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In this blog post, we would like to give you an insight into our current training initiative and introduce you to our new and established young talents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our young talents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Over the past few years, we have had the pleasure of promoting and training young talents like Marcel. Marcel successfully completed his apprenticeship in wholesale management in July and is now working in internal sales at Hauser. Marcel is an integral part of our team. I also successfully completed my dual study programme at IU International University in March 2023 and now work as a Digital Marketing Manager at Hauser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And we’ve also welcomed some other great support. Firstly, Max from the Munich University of Applied Sciences for Design, who is currently completing his internship with us. Max brings fresh energy and new perspectives to our team. We are looking forward to Max starting his training with us in September. Until then, he will be supporting us in internal sales and marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are also delighted to welcome our new dual student Bettina from the online marketing department. Bettina is interested in interior design, trains young snowboarders and enjoys social media. Bettina takes on tasks in social media and produces content for our social channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shaping the future together<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Our partnership with the IU International University, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the state universities of applied sciences is a further step on our way to promoting young talent and giving them the opportunity to realise their professional dreams. We firmly believe that the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience is the key to an outstanding education for young talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Together, we are shaping the future and look forward to the inspiring developments of our new and upcoming talents that lie ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
